Berjaya Times Square Hotel & Convention Center Hotel Reviews

There are some comment we gathered from the various website. Not sure there are true or not about this hotel. Better you feel it yourself and explode it..

"I will probably not stay in this hotel again. This was my second time in the so called hotel. The only advantage in its favor is the commercial center. The room is spacious but old material makes it difficult on guests. Old and dirty kettle, malfunctioning refrigirator, old TV and each time they clean the room, we have to call room keeping for missing set of towels and floor mats, this is really inconvenient when you enter your room to rest from an exhausting day. Very bad treatment regarding the note that warns the guest of his fast departure to check out at 11:00 in the morning whatever the reasons(worlwide hotels check out time is fixed at 12:00 noon and some are at 15:00 afternoon), the guest feels that he is not welcome anymore. I will not stay in this hotel."

"I was so disappointed with this hotel. It was recommended to me by a friend who stayed there for work, so I'm guessing that the suites were much nicer than the hotel! My room size was quite large however I didn't spend too much time in there because there leaking air condition dripping onto the tiled bathroom floor drove me insane! The hotel is in serious need of renovation! It wasn't very clean either (my room nor the hotel)! The kitchen was a useless feature of the room as there were no utensils in there! There were also 3 channels that worked on the TV. What hotel these days does not have pay TV?? To top it off, I came home one evening to find a carpenter had let himself into my room to fix a door! Surely this could have waited until I checked out the following morning. To a female staying alone, this was a nasty surprise! Also I had many items of value lying around because the safe did not work! It took the bell boy 1 hour to bring my bags up to the room! This was also poor! I don't recommend this hotel to anyone! Beware!"

"The location was great. Bed was extremely hard and pillows were shocking. Very buisy hotel so they couldnt really keep up at breakfast. Staff where nice. Bathroom flooded and toilet clogged up - due to big big clumps of hair in drain system - very yucky. Not really worth what you pay. They say that its 5 star but I would doubt it in all honesty. But was a fantastic location."

"Our room was enormous! There's a hallway, mini kitchen area, a couch-and-TV area, a toilet, a bathroom and a bedroom. Great view too! As the hotel is just above Times Square, we even popped down to the cinema for a midnite show! Only thing i find troublesome is that the elevator service is confusing for old folks.."

Our stay at Berjaya Times square was pleasant and comfortable. The room was spacious and included a living room, kitchenette, bedroom and a huge bathroom. Its a huge hotel with two towers that are inter-connected by the Berjaya Times Square Mall. The Swimming pool is located on the 14th floor and is one of the biggest I have seen till now. The buffet breakfast is amazing with a varied spread which included Malaysian, English and Indian Cuisine. However, the breakfast hall is usually crowded at peak hours so it is advisable to go a little earlier. The Hotel is located near all kinds of malls and shopping centres, and one can choose to go to either a budget mall or an upmarket one depending on one's preferences. The sky train station is directly opposite to the hotel which takes one directly to China Town and Central Market which would be a 5 minutes ride from there. Overall I LOVED the hotel and the location of the hotel. The entire package made the trip to KL a memorable one!
