Big Star dead : Michael to join Alvis
Pop star Michael Jackson was pronounced dead today after paramedics found him in a coma at his Bel-Air mansion, city and law enforcement sources told The Times.
Los Angeles Fire Department Capt. Steve Ruda told The Times that paramedics responded to a 911 call from the home. When they arrived, Jackson was not breathing.
The paramedics performed CPR and took Jackson to UCLA Medical Center, Ruda said. Hundreds of reporters gathered at the hospital awaiting word on his condition. The sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said family members rushed to Jackson’s bedside, where he was in a deep coma.
The circumstances of Jackson’s death remain unclear. Law enforcement sources said that Los Angeles Police Department robbery-homicide detectives have opened an investigation into the death, though they stressed that there is no evidence of criminal wrongdoing.
The detectives plan to interview relatives, friends and Jackson’s doctors to try to figure out what happened. The L.A. County coroner’s office will determine a cause of death. A Los Angeles Fire Department source told The Times that Jackson was in full cardiac arrest when rescue units arrived.
A doctor was in the house performing CPR on Jackson, said the source who asked not to be identified because he was not authorized to speak to the media. Paramedics were called to a home in the 100 block of Carolwood Drive off Sunset Boulevard.
Jackson rented the Bel-Air home — described as a French chateau built in 2002 with seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, 12 fireplaces and a theater — for $100,000 a month. The home is about a six-minute drive from UCLA Medical Center. Jackson has three children — sons Prince Michael 7, and Michael Joseph Jackson Jr., 12, and daughter Paris Michael Katherine, 11.
Jackson, 50, died as he was attempting a comeback after years of tabloid headlines, most notably his trial and acquittal on child molestation charges.
In May, The Times reported that Jackson had rented the Bel-Air residence and was rehearsing for a series of 50 sold-out shows in London's O2 Arena. Jackson had won the backing of two billionaires to get the so-called "King of Pop" back on stage.
His backers envisioned the shows at AEG's O2 as an audition for a career rebirth that could have ultimately encompassed a three-year world tour, a new album, movies, a Graceland-like museum, musical revues in Las Vegas and Macau, and even a "Thriller" casino. Such a rebound could have wiped out Jackson's massive debt.
How to fix YM problem with pidgin
since last 4 days, pidgin users have problem login to their YM. Some people might think thaht it is about the pidign problem but the real situation is that Yahoo! Inc. did something to its messenger server, something that practically block all the Linux IM clients, such as Pidgin, Kopete, Emphaty or Gyachi.
Infact Yahoo has changed their login method. This is catually not the first time Yahoo change their setting without informing all the Linux-based YM client, but like alwys we do, we try to solve ther problem.

From MacWorld to ModWorld
FOR the first time in 11 years, the Macworld circus came without its biggest act – Steve Jobs.
The iconic Apple chief executive officer, whose keynote speech had been the highlight of the annual San Francisco event for more than a decade, was not on hand to deliver his “one more thing” product announcement this year due to illness. Jobs has gone on a leave of absence to recuperate from a hormone imbalance problem.
His place was taken over by Apple’s senior vice president, worldwide product marketing Phil Schiller, who unveiled what Apple claims to be the world’s thinnest and lightest 17-inch laptop.
The new 17-inch MacBook Pro itself is an engineering marvel. Measuring just 2.5 centimetres in thickness and weighing less than three kilograms, it now features a design similar to Apple’s two other laptops – the 13-inch MacBook and 15-inch MacBook Pro – with the body carved out of a single block of aluminium for extra durability.
Its battery, however, is non-removable. Apple says this is done to create a battery that delivers up to eight hours of use on a single charge and up to 1,000 recharges without adding thickness, weight or cost to the MacBook Pro’s design.
This translates into more than three times the lifespan of conventional laptop batteries.
“The longer battery life equals fewer depleted batteries and less waste, which is better for the environment,” said Schiller.
Advanced chemistry, intelligent monitoring of the battery and computer system, and Adaptive Charging technology help bolster the battery performance.
The display, which uses LED-backlit technology, comes in a choice of glossy or matte, the latter identifiable by the presence of a metal bezel.
Apple says the energy-efficient display is mercury-free and is made using arsenic-free glass. Together with its highly recyclable aluminium body, it has been afforded an EPEAT Gold status for environment-friendliness.
The new MacBook Pro is powered by Intel Core 2 Duo processors with clock speeds of up to 2.93 gigahertz (GHz). It sells for RM10,099.
Also announced were updates to the Apple iLife digital lifestyle suite. IPhoto, one of the five digital lifestyle software in the suite, now has new features such as Places and Faces.
Places automatically imports photo location data from a GPS-enabled camera or an iPhone. With Faces, iPhoto automatically scans photos to detect people’s faces and when names are assigned to those faces, iPhoto will find more pictures of that person.
Taking things a step further, a button in iPhoto enables quick photo sharing with Web sites such as Facebook and Flickr as well as to detect more faces on the Internet. Calling them “really powerful”, Schiller demonstrated how these features help organise thousands of photos.
IMovie 09 is now a more complete product, with holes from the last version (video effects, slow/fast motion, direct export to iDVD) plugged. A new Precision Editor lets users skim and click on a magnified filmstrip and perform advanced editing functions.
On top of that, iMovie 09 adds a new killer function: software stabilisation, which is expected to do wonders for millions of amateur moviemakers.
The updated GarageBand 09 allows budding musicians to learn playing the piano and guitar at their own pace. Basic Lessons allows newbies to learn the fundamentals while Artist Lessons has original artistes, including John Fogerty, Colbie Caillat, Norah Jones and Sting, showing how to play their hit songs.
“ILife has become one of the reasons people buy a Mac today. There’s nothing like it on any other computing platform,” said Schiller.
ILife 09 retails at RM299 for single user.
Also announced at Macworld were updates to the company’s iWork office productivity suite called iWork 09. The three software that make up the suite – Keynote, Pages and Numbers – have received new themes, sophisticated transition effects and a quick way to group and summarise data. IWork 09 is available immediately for RM299.

The Modbook Pro from Axiotron uses the components of Apple’s 15-inch 2.8GHz MacBook Pro in an Axiotron-designed case.
Weighing about 3kg, the ModBook Pro has all the ports and drives found in the MacBook Pro as well as a GPS device and an assistive technology dual switch port for connecting input devices for people with disabilities.
Under the hood are Intel GMA X3100 integrated graphics, 24X DVD/CD-R combo drive or 8X SuperDrive, and support for up to four gigabytes of RAM.
The ModBook retains 802.11n wireless networking capability, Bluetooth 2.0 support, the Apple Remote and all of the MacBook’s original ports.
Axiotron has also migrated the MacBook’s iSight Webcam and repositioned it to make it more suitable to the pen.
Camera enthusiasts would certainly go ga-ga over a new range of funky tripods under the brand name Gorillapod. Available in a spectrum of colours – orange, red, blue, green, yellow, pink and grey – the Gorillapod from Joby Inc features over two dozen flexible leg joints that bend and rotate to firmly secure compact digital cameras to virtually any surface.
The Gorillapods can support camera gear weighing up to 5kg.

Anwar-Pak Lah at Hulu Langat : First step or just to speculate Najib
Around 3 hours before TPM, Najib came out with his mini budget, something was happen unexpectedly. Pak Lah and Anwar sit down together and celebrate Maulidur Rasul S.A.W and having lunch with Syeikh Mahmud Al-Majzub, founder of Madrasah Nurul Iman, Hulu Langat.
Anwar was expected to come for the session but Pak Lah suddenly appeared from no where and joint the celebration, happily together. They have quite mutual discussing among six eyes for around 60 minutes on the undisclosed issues. While as per requested by Syeikh Mahmud both of them agreed to have short closed discussion on the also undisclosed issue.
They prayed together for Zohr, as Led by Syeikh Mahmud, Pak Lah at the right side and Anwar at the left side. Pak Lah gave a short talk afterwards and mentioning " ALLAH will listen to our doa" and nothing form Anwar. They shaked hand with peace smile before leave to go to Parlimen to listen to celoteh conducted by DS Najib.
Noted: This is the history. The moment when two opposite leader sit together at an isolated places from political heat. " tujuan kerajaan memperkenalkan pengajaran dan pembelajaran sains dan matematik dalam bahasa inggeris (PPSMI) adalah untuk rakyat malaysia khususnya melayu supaya dapat menguasai bahasa inggeris dengan begitu baik..
namun begitu, pada saya sebagai seorang anak melayu bekas pelajar aliran bahasa melayu tidaklah bersetuju..
biar saya kemukakan hujah2 saya..
1) istilah matematik - istilah matematik dalam bahasa inggeris memang terlalu banyak dan sebenarnya tidak membantu pun dalam meningkatkan bahasa inggeris pelajar kita..
mengapa saya berkata demikian?? contohnya istilah seperti 'SQUARE ROOT' , 'TO THE TEN POWER OF' tidaklah membawa apa2 maksud dan makna dalam bahasa inggeris itu sendiri..ia cumalah istilah matematik yang mana di dalam bahasa melayu kita pun sudah ada iaitu 'PUNCA KUASA DUA' , 'SEPULUH KUASA '
adakah dalam percakapan seharian pelajar2 ini perlu menggunakan istilah2 'alien' ini dalam kehidupan mereka?sudah tentu tidak! JADI DI MANA PERLUNYA SEMUA INI?
2 ) MENYUKARKAN - ini masalah paling utama dan lebih merbahaya.. cuba anda bayangkan, bagaimana pelajar itu hendak menguasai matematik yang asas sedangkan bahasa yang digunakan tidak difahami? kita bukan menyelesaikan masalah malah kita menambah masalah yang sedia ada menjadi semakin rumit iaitu pelajar2 tadi tidak faham bahasa inggeris dan juga tidak faham matematik seterusnya menyumbang pula kepada gejala lebih teruk iaitu kepada ponteng sekolah kerana merasa bosan kerana apa yang diajar di sekolah tidak difahami dan sering mendapat keputusan yang teruk..
ibubapa di rumah pula tidak dapat membantu..kalau ibu bapa yang berada dan tinggal di bndar bndar besar mungkin boleh membantu dengan menghantar anak2 ke pusat tuisyen yang bagus dan bermutu atau mengajar sendiri anak2 mereka tapi bagaiman pula dengan ibu bapa yang di kampung??
kalau bahasa melayu sekurang2nya dapat lagi ibubapa tersebut tolong sikit2, namun kalau bahasa inggeris alamatnya terus tercicir la pelajar tersebut..
3 ) BEBAN PADA GURU - guru sepatutnya berusaha mengajar matematik atau sains namun kini mendapat lagi beban apabila terpaksa mengajar dalam bahasa inggeris di mana guru2 tersebut mengalami kesukaran untuk menerangkan istilah dan konsep matematik dan sains ditambah pula denagn istilah bahasa inggeris yang pelik2 .. maka guru pub terbeban, pelajar pula lagi la teruk..
4) TIDAK PERLU - perlukah kita malaysia hendak semua pelajar kita bertutur dalam bahasa inggeris?? perlukah kita malaysia even tukang sapu sampah pun nak pandai bertutur dalam bahsa inggeris? mmg betul bagus jikalau dapat bertutur dalam bahasa inggeris namun iu cumalah sebagai bonus.. tidak lah perlu beriya - iya sampai kan kita anak melayu hendak disuruh bercakap bahasa inggeris sampai bunyinya mengalahkan mat saleh siap dengan slang2 UK pula..
dan umum mengetahui jikalau anak malaysia tanpa mengira melayu, cina atau india, jika dia tahu berbahasa ingggeris, maka bahasa inggeris lah yang akan digunakannya dan tidak akan lagi kedengaran beliau berbahasa melayu sebgai bahasa kebangsaan, umum mengetahui yang malaysian memang ada ego dan perasan bangga bila boleh bercakap bahasa inggeris macam dia sorang je yang pandai!!!
pada pendapat saya cara untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini cukup mudah, kerajaan kembali kepada asal..
macam kami bekas pelajar aliran sains tulen menggunakan bahasa pengantar bahasa melayu , yang mana mendapat keputusan cemerlang dalam SPM akan ditaja oleh MARA atau JPA dan dari situ kami telah dihntar belajar dalam program A LEVEL atau IB yang mana subjek2 seperti fizik, kimia, biologi, matematik , semuanya diajar dalam bahasa inggeris..
mula2 pada masa 6 bulan pertama memanglah tunggang langgang dan teruk sangat kerana apa yang diajar daahulu semasa di sekolah semuanya bahasa melayu dan bila datang ke situ dalam bahasa inggeris..
namun alhamdulillah, semua nya leh cope up dengan situasi di mana kami pelajar ini telah mempunyai asas matematik, fizik, kimia, biologi, yang kukuh dan kuat cuma perlu belajar bahasa inggeris untuk terjemahkan istilah2 dari bahsa melayu ke dalam bahasa inggeris dan akhirnya kami berjaya melanjutkan pelaajran di luar negara..
ini lebih baik daripada kita biarkan pelajar2 yang baru darjah 1 belajar dalam bahasa inggeris dan kemudiannya terkontang kanting dan kita telah 'menggelapkan' dan 'menggadai' masa depan mereka..
hanya yang benar2 layak dan mampu sahaja dengan asas yang kuat sahaja yang dipilih kemudian barulah diserap ke dalam program bahasa inggeris seperti yang belajar di luar negara..
apakah negara2 maju seperti german, sepanyol, perancis, china, jepun, korea menggunakan bahasa inggeris??
jangan lah kita terlalu cepat melatah sedangkan kemajuan bukan diukur pada bahasa inggeris tapi diukur pada daya usaha bangsa itu sendiri..

1) istilah matematik - istilah matematik dalam bahasa inggeris memang terlalu banyak dan sebenarnya tidak membantu pun dalam meningkatkan bahasa inggeris pelajar kita..
mengapa saya berkata demikian?? contohnya istilah seperti 'SQUARE ROOT' , 'TO THE TEN POWER OF' tidaklah membawa apa2 maksud dan makna dalam bahasa inggeris itu sendiri..ia cumalah istilah matematik yang mana di dalam bahasa melayu kita pun sudah ada iaitu 'PUNCA KUASA DUA' , 'SEPULUH KUASA '
adakah dalam percakapan seharian pelajar2 ini perlu menggunakan istilah2 'alien' ini dalam kehidupan mereka?sudah tentu tidak! JADI DI MANA PERLUNYA SEMUA INI?
2 ) MENYUKARKAN - ini masalah paling utama dan lebih merbahaya.. cuba anda bayangkan, bagaimana pelajar itu hendak menguasai matematik yang asas sedangkan bahasa yang digunakan tidak difahami? kita bukan menyelesaikan masalah malah kita menambah masalah yang sedia ada menjadi semakin rumit iaitu pelajar2 tadi tidak faham bahasa inggeris dan juga tidak faham matematik seterusnya menyumbang pula kepada gejala lebih teruk iaitu kepada ponteng sekolah kerana merasa bosan kerana apa yang diajar di sekolah tidak difahami dan sering mendapat keputusan yang teruk..
ibubapa di rumah pula tidak dapat membantu..kalau ibu bapa yang berada dan tinggal di bndar bndar besar mungkin boleh membantu dengan menghantar anak2 ke pusat tuisyen yang bagus dan bermutu atau mengajar sendiri anak2 mereka tapi bagaiman pula dengan ibu bapa yang di kampung??
kalau bahasa melayu sekurang2nya dapat lagi ibubapa tersebut tolong sikit2, namun kalau bahasa inggeris alamatnya terus tercicir la pelajar tersebut..
3 ) BEBAN PADA GURU - guru sepatutnya berusaha mengajar matematik atau sains namun kini mendapat lagi beban apabila terpaksa mengajar dalam bahasa inggeris di mana guru2 tersebut mengalami kesukaran untuk menerangkan istilah dan konsep matematik dan sains ditambah pula denagn istilah bahasa inggeris yang pelik2 .. maka guru pub terbeban, pelajar pula lagi la teruk..
4) TIDAK PERLU - perlukah kita malaysia hendak semua pelajar kita bertutur dalam bahasa inggeris?? perlukah kita malaysia even tukang sapu sampah pun nak pandai bertutur dalam bahsa inggeris? mmg betul bagus jikalau dapat bertutur dalam bahasa inggeris namun iu cumalah sebagai bonus.. tidak lah perlu beriya - iya sampai kan kita anak melayu hendak disuruh bercakap bahasa inggeris sampai bunyinya mengalahkan mat saleh siap dengan slang2 UK pula..
dan umum mengetahui jikalau anak malaysia tanpa mengira melayu, cina atau india, jika dia tahu berbahasa ingggeris, maka bahasa inggeris lah yang akan digunakannya dan tidak akan lagi kedengaran beliau berbahasa melayu sebgai bahasa kebangsaan, umum mengetahui yang malaysian memang ada ego dan perasan bangga bila boleh bercakap bahasa inggeris macam dia sorang je yang pandai!!!
pada pendapat saya cara untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini cukup mudah, kerajaan kembali kepada asal..
macam kami bekas pelajar aliran sains tulen menggunakan bahasa pengantar bahasa melayu , yang mana mendapat keputusan cemerlang dalam SPM akan ditaja oleh MARA atau JPA dan dari situ kami telah dihntar belajar dalam program A LEVEL atau IB yang mana subjek2 seperti fizik, kimia, biologi, matematik , semuanya diajar dalam bahasa inggeris..

OS X on PCs : good and bad
One of the things that make the Macs the (almost) perfect running machines there are is the fact that Apple keeps their hardware configuration under control. Thus, the Cupertino-based company is capable of always delivering a top notch experience to all of its users by carefully testing and optimizing OS X for the limited number of hardware configurations available for the Mac platform.
The question that every Mac user must have asked themselves at least once is “Should Apple make OS X available on other, custom hardware?” Should it allow the people that already run OS X on their PCs to buy the OS and legally install it on their computers? Should “Run OS X on Macs and PCs” be a part of the OS X description?
At the moment, I wouldn't put my money on the fact that Apple will even think about such a bold move, mainly because it is already doing quite well - check the increase rate of its market share. But, just in case it will ever think about such a move, let's see what the pros and cons would be.
The thing is that, in the pros department, there are very few aspects that Apple should count on. To be even more exact, there is only one good thing that would come out of such a scheme (and a pretty good one, if you ask me): OS X gaining a bigger chunk of market share, thus hitting its direct competitor, Windows, where it hurts the most.
The fact is that an increase in market share is hypothetical even after making OS X ready for any hardware configuration. But, what is the reason that would make OS X's market share increase in such a case?
Because it would most probably be adopted by the users already running OS X on their PCs, by the users that had enough bad experiences with the other OSes available on the market and would decide to try it for a change, and by the users that would have OS X installed by their friends or family as a “better alternative” to their current OS. And from what I know, there are quite a lot of PC users that match these three categories.
The good news for Apple in the case of a market share increase scenario is the fact that the company will also experience quite a boost in profit. This will, logically, lead the Cupertino-based company to release an even higher quality OS to be able to protect its profit and keep and/or expand its newly gained user base.
Now that I have covered the thing that a “born to be wild” Apple will do with OS X, let's go through those that point against such a bold move.
The first con would be the higher incidence of software-hardware conflicts that will automatically ruin the user experience that made OS X famous in the first place. The news of the software problems and the system crashes will quickly spread around and will make all the users think twice before buying OS X and installing it on their own PC.
There is only one problem with this: the users that already run OS X on PC hardware have reported no such experiences. A fact that made me think twice before thinking of this scenario as one of the cons. But, considering the huge hardware combination one could think of, the possibility is still there.
The second place in the cons department is taken by the increase of the security and/or malware risk once OS X starts gaining market share. This will automatically make it more interesting in the eyes of the people that would consider the OS X system a valuable addition to their collection of infected machines. Also, taking into consideration the fact that a bigger user base translates into a higher variety of software running on the OS, the number of security holes will also increase, a fact that can only mean a poorer experience for the OS users.
The third thing that stands against you legally installing OS X on your PC in the near future is the aspect that makes the Mac what it is and the very thing that recommended the previous two as viable components of the cons department: the user experience. In the event that Apple would release a PC compatible version of OS X, this is the thing that most people think that will go wrong: a quick quality decrease of the user experience.
There is a reason though that, as I have already stated above, makes me reconsider the lowering of the OS X user experience quality. 90% of the people running cracked versions of OS X on PCs report no software problems whatsoever due to the different hardware configurations.
Of course, the number of hardware configurations is quite limited by the fact that those cracked OS X versions only run on hardware components that Apple already uses in its Macs. Once the number of hardware configurations will increase, the need of hardware drivers will also rise, which can be the start of a huge stack of problems for the OS X on PC users.
As we all know, Apple is also famous for enjoying to create its own drivers for the hardware on which OS X runs; thus, the following question pops up – “Will Apple allow hardware manufacturers to deal with the driver development?”
Whether they will or not, from where I'm standing, there is only one possible outcome in such a situation: a bad one. Drivers created by manufacturers can lead to the software-hardware incompatibilities that we've already talked about and drivers developed by Apple would also lead to problems: shortages of drivers for certain hardware brands or even drivers with bugs if they are released on a hurry.
After giving it a quick spin and trying to see which the pros and cons for having OS X on PCs are, the fact is that I have already made my mind: Apple should be insane or highly courageous to pull such a stunt. But, to tell you the truth, I can only hope it will. Just to see if it got what it takes to beat Microsoft at its own game.

Isu penggunaan nama ALLAH untuk Kristian: kesilapan besar KDN
Keputusan Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN) melonggarkan pendirian dalam larangan penggunaan nama “Allah” bagi penerbitan-penerbitan agama selain Islam, walaupun dengan syarat-syarat yang tertentu, telah mengecewakan ramai pihak. PKPIM, YADIM, Persatuan Peguam Syarie Malaysia dan juga Mufti Perak mengutuk keras akan tindakan KDN yang di lihat berlembut dalam soal agama lebih lebih lagi menjurus kepada serangan pemikiran terhadap akidah umat islam.
Terdapat juga perbezaan pendapat di kalangan ulama Islam di Malaysia. Dr. Mohd Asri Zainal Abidin contohnya. Ust MAZA berpendapat bahawa penggunaan perkataan Allah di dalam ayat ini dibenarkan untuk digunakan sebagai menunjukkan bahawa Allah adalah Pencipta Agung. Islam tidak memandang kepada luaran sahaja tetapi kepada isi dalaman atau "substance"nya. Jika mereka mempercayai bahawa Allah adalah pencipta sesuatu padahal menyamakan Allah dengan manusia lain, mennganggap bahawa Allah mempunyai anak dan keturunan, maka ia tidak memenuhi makna TAUHID Allah.
Jika kita membaca Al-Quran, kita dapati ia menceritakan golongan musyrikin yang menentang Nabi Muhammad s.a.w juga menyebut nama Allah dan al-Quran tidak membantah mereka, bahkan itu dijadikan landasan untuk memasukkan akidah Islam yang sebenar. Firman Allah: (maksudnya) “Dan Demi sesungguhnya! jika engkau (Wahai Muhammad) bertanya kepada mereka: “Siapakah yang menciptakan mereka?” sudah tentu mereka akan menjawab: “Allah!”. (jika demikian) maka bagaimana mereka rela dipesongkan? Dan (Dia lah Tuhan Yang mengetahui rayuan Nabi Muhammad) yang berkata: Wahai Tuhanku! Sesungguhnya mereka ini adalah satu kaum yang tidak mahu beriman!” (Surah al-Zukhruf ayat 87-88).
Beliau menegaskan konsep mempertahankan aqidah setiap umat islam di Malaysia adalah lebih penting daripada berdebat tentang boleh atau tidak kristian menggunakan perkataan "ALLAH".
Saya faham dan juga bersetuju dengan pendapat Dr. MAZA kerana tak kiralah nama ape yang orang kristian gunakan, jika aqidah umat islam di Malaysia sudah kukuh, maka peniruan orang kristian tidak berkesan sama sekali. Namun, ini akan berlaku jika pengukuhan aqidah umat islam benar benar berlaku di kalangan umat Islam di Malaysia. Ape yang kita lihat kini adalah suasana umat Islam yang ibarat buih yang hampir nak pecah. Dengan orang orang Islam di Malaysia yang semakin galak untuk meninggalkan segala suruhan agama dan perlaksanaan asas aturan agama Islam, begitu juga pihak pemerintah yang sibuk mengekalkan dan merebut kuasa antara satu sama lain , disamping sibuk mengumpul harta sebelum jatuh....kita boleh kaji aspek pengukuhan aqidah di kalangan umat Islam di Malaysia sebenarnya semakin sepi....
Sementelahan dengan itu, kita akan lihat kebingungan dari sudut akidah akan menjadi semakin ketara dengan Konsep "ALLAH" juga di pakai oleh orang Kristian. Jika kita lihat juga, jumlah keluarga yang menghantar anak anak kecil mereka ke Tadika Kelolaan bukan orang Islam/melayu semakin meningkat dan ini juga akan memburukkan aqidah orang Islam.
Itulah yang di khuatiri oleh sebahagian besar ulama di Malaysia. Dari segi bahasa sebenarnya yang menjadi isu besar dalam penggunaan nama ALLAH di kalangan orang Kristian.
Bagi saya, umat Islam di negara ini masih belum cukup kuat untuk membina perisai aqidah dalam konsep tuhan berlandaskan sebenar benar pengertian sehinggalah kita tidak terlalu ta`sub dengan mendahulukan perisai bangsa dan bahasa seperti mana yang berlaku sekarang ini.

Now copy the .apk file to your sdcard and then run 'Apps installer' from the Market to install that.
From the terminal, boot your debian shell and then type:
apt-get install tightvncserver (return)
apt-get install lxde (return)
or if you want a really basic desktop use IceWM:
apt-get install icewm (return)
Now you need to setup your vncserver
at the prompt type:
export USER=root (return)
vncserver (return)
This will create an x-windows session and a startup file
in the /root/.vnc/ directory. Vncserver will also ask you to set up two passwrds. You will need the first password to log in, but just say no to the second password.
The next thing to do is to kill the session you just started: vncserver -kill :1
This is so you can edit the startup file to set it up correctly.
go to /root/.vnc
type
nano xstartup
comment out the line for xsession:
#/etc/X11/xsession
add these two lines:
icewm &
lxsession
or if you decided to go for IceWM instead:
icewm &
xterm
save the file (trackball then 'o'
, and exit nano (trackball then 'x'.
Then restart an x windows session by vncserver ( you should kill it after you are done with x-windows later on).
This next bit does some housekeeping and sets up the VNC service each time you boot your debian shell - saves messing about everytime!
Now back inside your debian prompt you need to edit your /root/.bashrc file
cd /root
nano .bashrc
Add the following near the top of the file:
export USER=root
cd /
rm -r -f tmp
mkdir tmp
cd /
vncserver -geometry 480x320
(this sets your resolution - you can change this if you will be connecting via your computer).
save the file (trackball then 'o', and exit nano (trackball then 'x'.
Type 'exit' to exit the Debian shell.
reboot the phone.
Once rebooted go into Terminal and boot yor Debian shell.
Press the HOME button to revert back to the Android OS while leaving your Debian shell running.
Open androidVNC from your android programs menu.
Connect to 'localhost' port '5901' and enter your password.
Viola, you now have XWindows running on your phone. Obviously you can connect to your phone's new desktop GUI with a VNC viewer from your computer too jsut enter it's ip address instead of localhost.
To make the cursor work with your finger:
Press the MENU button on your device and select 1:1 then just press the trackball ONCE!
Now whenever you want a proper x-windows Desktop GUI right there on your phone, just run the debian shell with 'bootdeb' and it sets up your vncserver. Then just press home to leave it running and get back to your android menu, where you can choose to VNC directly onto it.
Cool eh?

Now copy the .apk file to your sdcard and then run 'Apps installer' from the Market to install that.
From the terminal, boot your debian shell and then type:
apt-get install tightvncserver (return)
apt-get install lxde (return)
or if you want a really basic desktop use IceWM:
apt-get install icewm (return)
Now you need to setup your vncserver
at the prompt type:
export USER=root (return)
vncserver (return)
This will create an x-windows session and a startup file
in the /root/.vnc/ directory. Vncserver will also ask you to set up two passwrds. You will need the first password to log in, but just say no to the second password.
The next thing to do is to kill the session you just started: vncserver -kill :1
This is so you can edit the startup file to set it up correctly.
go to /root/.vnc
type
nano xstartup
comment out the line for xsession:
#/etc/X11/xsession
add these two lines:
icewm &
lxsession
or if you decided to go for IceWM instead:
icewm &
xterm
save the file (trackball then 'o'
, and exit nano (trackball then 'x'.Then restart an x windows session by vncserver ( you should kill it after you are done with x-windows later on).
This next bit does some housekeeping and sets up the VNC service each time you boot your debian shell - saves messing about everytime!
Now back inside your debian prompt you need to edit your /root/.bashrc file

Add the following near the top of the file:
export USER=root
cd /
rm -r -f tmp
mkdir tmp
cd /
vncserver -geometry 480x320
(this sets your resolution - you can change this if you will be connecting via your computer).

Canada asks for more about Chrysler turnaround
The Canadian government requires more details about how Chrysler would turn around its Canadian operations if Ottawa is to help bail out the company, Industry Minister Tony Clement said Sunday.
"If we're talking about Canadian taxpayer dollars, we do want to have some specifics about what exactly is going to be going on in Canada," Clement told broadcaster CTV's Question Period.
Chrysler was expected to submit a restructuring plan for its Canadian operations by a Friday deadline, but instead offered the same proposal previously handed to US officials, with a new cover letter.
Officials explained the company is focused on an "integrated" North America-wide restructuring and indicated to the government that it did not want to create a separate plan for its Canadian operations.
Chrysler has since submitted more documents to the government over the weekend, but Clement told CTV he still must know what product lines the company has in mind for its Ontario plants, among other details.
Chrysler is in negotiations with Ottawa for one billion dollars (800 million US) in aid, according to officials.
On Tuesday, Chrysler LLC said it needed another five billion dollars US in loans from Washington in order to survive a dramatic collapse in global auto sales.

Avoid traffic-shaping on BitTorent
Today there most scary internet feature for ISP is P2P activities, They eat huge off bandwidth for free and will cause ISP to provide bigger trunk than what they suppose to. But if we pay attention of the data flow through P2P, ISP has slow down the data that normally congest their trunk. Most of the ISP actively engage with traffic shaping. Bandwidth throttling, or the nicer words, bandwidth management to keep amount of bandwidth consumed by high traffic applications to minimum.
Well how to ovecome this at user end point?
Well, you can try encrypting your traffic, changing port number, changing the way protocol behaves, reducing the amount of one way traffic, or hiding your traffic with your encrypted traffic.
- To encrypt your traffic, RC4 encryption offered by many popular bitTorrent client will obfuscate not only the header but the entire stream, which will give ISP difficulty to detect that your are using BitTorent.
- Secondly is to change to port number. The default port for BitTorrent transfer is 6881. As a reslut of ISP interference, all client allow us to change the port number for BitTorrent transfer. Whenever we change our port, we also need to adjust our router to allow incoming connection. you can get the entire guideline from www.portforward.com.
- To change the way the BitTorrent protocol behave, we can use a "lazy bitfield" feature to hide seeder from ISP.
- In order to reduce one-way transfer, client need to be set to have same or less ratio betwwen download and upload activities.
Well, all the above are just an alternative that may or may not work onto your internet connection. as we learn how to trick, the ISP also learn fast how to tackle our tricks. So study hard and study smart just make sure we are few step header than our ISP.

Ali bin Abi Talib r.a yang menjawat jawatan tertinggi dalam Negara akur dengan keputusan hakim mahkamah kerana bagi beliau keputusan hakim perlu dihormati bukan untuk dipertikaikan.Di luar jangkauan para pemerhati, yahudi yang didakwa tadi akhirnya telah mendedahkan bahawa baju besi itu sememangnya milik Ali yang ditemuinya tercicir.Beliau akhirnya mengisytiharkan keislamannya di hadapan khalayak selepas melalui pengalaman peribadi yang membenarkan keadilan Islam bahawa tiada siapa yang akan teraniya di bawah naungan Islam.

Aqidah or Politics
Last night when I accidently watch TV1 program (very rare for me to wacth truly government TV), they were having a forum on the issue regarding the use of words "ALLAH" in Herald Catholic weekly news in Bahasa Melayu. The panelist come from various background. Hj Ayub Abd Rahman Abdullah, former Catholic priest and become one of the heavyweight Islamic activist, Ir Dr. Fuad Teoh, President of Malaysian Chinese Muslim Associates (Macma) and Dr. kamaruddin, A malay scholar.
The session is balanced with the views come from different ethnic but with the same religion and the issue has been brought up with great clarification from the panelist. All three panelist aggreed that tha name of "ALLAH" is not just a name, but it beyond what human could think. More over, looking at the muslim scenario in Malaysia specifically, confussion might happen when other religion tend to use the name of the God as "ALLAH" and subsequently it will affect their believe (since their believe/aqidah in islam also weak). Dr. Kamaruddin also highlighted about the dangerous of plurarisme which have been promoted by non-muslim and some of the "liberal" muslim community as well. when youngers think no different between Islam and other religion, then the could not think about the reality in truly Islam in their live and easily committed to apostacy. This is actually the main agenda of other religions.
Supprisingly, when I turned my TV channel to TV9, hah! they got another forum/debat also at the same time. With all the panelist are malay, which is should be muslim if we consider the Malaysian constitution, but they really focusing on the pure politics rather than the challenges have been put into Islam today (audiance for sure has been spiltted by their nonsense talking). They just continuing talk about the "beautiful" of Malaysian political scenario. What happen in Perak, disloyalty to Sultan, case of elizabeth Wong (which is very wrong since the case still under police investigation), Selangor and their cow.
From there, we can conclude that in the future, Islam in Malaysia will be heavyly supported by Muslim but not Malay (which is truly a good muslim ), while other malay-muslim still keep talking about politics and keeping their fat up.

Elizabeth Wong : Naked or has been naked?
Since Pakatan Rakyat took over leadership in some of the Malaysian states, their their representative never miss from any kind of, I would say as challenge. From Penang Jobs issues, Perak Land issues, Selangor and their cows, Nizar and his fight with BN and Sultan of Perak, and the latest one is about the "immoralized" picture from ADUM bukit Lanjan, Elizabeth Wong.
It is believe that the picture was taken during her sleeping with have naked and during her playing love with her ex-boyfriend. Who took the picture? Nobody knows. It is scattered widely through MMS and web. Emm, this is just weird. If Chua Soi Lek still being accepted by his followers (proven when he is elected as deputy president of MCA) and no comment from other component, Why this one would be the issue. I did not say that her action was right. It is for sure immoralized for any unmarried intercourse activities (well, the half-naked picture for her sleeping is her private and those who took picture were truly guilty, supposed to be) for non-Muslim and a big sin for Muslim, but the double standard action from some of the parties / leaders shows a very unbalanced situation in Malaysian politics.
For me, it is a good advice for her to bring down her political position and lets others take the job since her "impurity" has already revealed. As for those who like to take advantage from others weakness, just remember! yours also will be revealed sooner or later.....

Letter to TM: 3S - sucks, stupid and super slumpy slow
I just moved to my new house some where at Taman Melawati. As usual I need to also transfer my TM number and streamyx line. Request for phone line transfer charge me RM 50 and I only got the phone line a week after I keep calling the contractor to make it quick. Then comet a activate streamyx. According to the ladies at the TM point Jalan titiwangsa, After I have done the phone line, I just call sreamyx and ask them to activate the internet line.
I call 100 and ask for streamyx activation. After all long stupid secured confirmation (though I am working in network & security ), they said it will take up to 1 week to "transfer the line". Huh! 1 week. What the slumpy service yet I still need to pay for nothing this month. After a week , I never get connected and I call 100 again asking what the hell happen. And you know what , dengan selambanya, the guy (name Haslan) said that my new number still not in the system. WHAT? I am already using this stupid number for a week and he just said not in the system. What a crap. He claimed that TM point never put into the system. Huh really crap...Then I sound dia like sardin....

Frankly speaking TM service is sucks. I just recently moved to my new house and need transfer my TM number and streamyx (request on 23rd jan, 2009). I got my TM number a week after I call so many times the stupid contractor to just install the stupid TM line (line activated on 5th feb 2009).I call streamyx (follow instruction given by person at tm point) to activate the streamyx and they said it will take up to one week to up the line. on 13th February 2009 the streamyx still not up and I call 100 again. The guy (name Haslan) mentioned my new number still not being registered for streamyx he asked my to go to tm point. I do feel disappointed with this incident and if I am the one who give KPI to TM family, I shall give them the lowest rate since they all do their job inefficiently and ineffectively.
I do hope you all can solve this problem ASAP.

Pada sekitar jam 9.40 pagi tadi (6 february) YAB Menteri Besar Perak, Ir. Muhammad Nizar Jamaluddin dihalau keluar dari pejabatnya oleh seorang pegawai atasan yang sedang mengusai pejabat Kerajaan Negeri di sini. Dengan suara yang kuat, "Keluar" beberapa kali Ir. Nizar di perlakukan dengan cara yang tidak sopan sekali.
Kejadian itu berlaku apabila YAB Menteri Besar yang masih sah itu pergi ke Pejabatnya seperti biasa pagi ini. Beliau bersama dengan pembantu dan diiringi oleh unit amal .
Keadaan ini mengambarkan betapa seorang yang selama ini cukup bermasalah kepada Kerajaan Negeri Perak Pakatan Rakyat menunjukkan taringnya. Kelmarin beliaulah yang mengarahkan supaya semua bilik Exco dikosongkan dan kenderaan rasmi dikembalikan dengan secepat mungkin.
Inilah gambaran kudeta yang semakin bercelaru sehingga sesuatu yang tidak berperi kemanusia dilakukan kepada pemimpin-pemimpin yang banyak berjasa kepada rakyat Perak selama 10 bulan yang lepas.

Apakah yang boleh dibuat kepada kerajaan minoriti jika ia kekalkan dirinya dan terus merosakkan negeri? Keadaan seperti ini masih kelabu; tak ada peruntukan undang-undang setakat yang saya tahu.
9. Mungkin pegawai tidak akan patuh kepada kerajaan minoriti ini. Tetapi pegawai profesional perlu akur akan perintah Kerajaan yang halal.
